Build and maintain the Flutter apps behind Classic Tech, Nepal's fifth largest ISP: the customer app surpassing 100,000 installs, the Classic Engine staff app, the Caro TV live-streaming service, and the NNET brand.
Own features end to end—from REST API integration and BLoC state design under Clean Architecture through to Google Play and App Store releases.
Ship multiple ISP brands from a single codebase using Android and iOS build flavors, giving each brand its own identity and configuration.
Built custom video playback for Caro TV live streams to maintain stability across network changes and app lifecycle transitions.
Implement and maintain subscription billing flows, automating builds and releases with Codemagic and GitHub Actions, and taking part in code reviews as the mobile codebase grows.
